Accent on Skin is the perfect career for Janet and she loves it. The perfect fit comes from her degree in Liberal Arts and Human Services combined with her background of 22 years in Surgical  Services at St.Clare’s Hospital in Schenectady NY.
Janet has also volunteered for over 25 years with the Midway Fire Department and Town of Colonie Emergency Services as a critical care technician and firefighter.
The combination of those experiences has helped her to develop wonderful relationships with clients. She has an ability to communicate effectively, making sure that the needs and goals of clients at Accent on Skin are met.
Janet feels that there are so many things that enrich her life as well as her career. She has a wonderful husband, two children, and two grandchildren. She and her husband are involved in the Capital District Scottish Games, enjoy their camp in Maine, and enjoy spending time in Mexico. She has also volunteered on surgical mission trips with Dr. Fox to the Dominican Republic.
Janet states that she considers it a privilege to work at Accent on Skin and looks forward to meeting and caring for all who enter its doors.
